📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV and access control, to detect and prevent security breaches.
• Analyze transactional data and sales reports to identify patterns of loss or theft.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of store layouts, inventory, and personnel to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies, including employee training and security measures.
• Collaborate with security personnel and management to address security incidents and improve overall safety.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and security.
• Generate reports and provide recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
• Proven experience in monitoring surveillance systems, analyzing data, and implementing preventive measures.
• Strong knowledge of retail or hospitality operations and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
