📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of the digitalization program for UMKM, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Conduct needs assessments and workshops with UMKM to identify digital opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions, such as e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
• Provide training and support to UMKM on the use of digital tools and platforms.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Build strong relationships with UMKM and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing digital solutions for businesses.
• Strong understanding of UMKM dynamics and challenges.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Certification in digital transformation, project management, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
