📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational culture and employee engagement challenges
• Design and implement innovative HR strategies and programs
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Create and manage employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and community involvement programs
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives on organizational performance and employee satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and tools, and apply this knowledge to client projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, or a related field
• Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative HR strategies and programs
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, including employee engagement, talent management, and organizational culture
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR
• Certification in HR consulting, organizational development, or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
