As a Fashion Stylist & Wardrobe Coordinator at Ishana MUA, you will work closely with clients to understand their vision, select the perfect outfits, and coordinate with local designers and boutiques to source exclusive pieces. Your daily tasks will include creating mood boards, managing wardrobe logistics, and ensuring seamless execution for events in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Curate and select outfits for high-profile clients, ensuring they align with the event’s theme and client’s preferences.
• Coordinate with local designers, boutiques, and stylists to source and rent exclusive fashion pieces.
• Create detailed wardrobe schedules and logistics plans, including transportation and storage arrangements.
• Work closely with photographers, makeup artists, and other stylists to ensure cohesive and stylish looks.
• Manage and maintain the wardrobe inventory, including tracking and ordering new pieces.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of events, ensuring all wardrobe needs are met.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new styling trends and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and a seamless experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Styling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion styling and wardrobe coordination, preferably in a high-profile or event-based setting.
• Proven experience working with local and international clients.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and boutiques in Bali.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using fashion design software such as Mood Fabrics, WIP, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a good understanding of local culture and customs.
