📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals.
• Lead HR digital transformation initiatives, focusing on process optimization and automation.
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Work with the IT team to integrate HR systems and tools for seamless operations.
• Provide HR consulting and support to business units on people-related matters.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and digital transformation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR and digital transformation.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
