📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the injection molding process to ensure high-quality output and efficient production.
• Develop and implement molding solutions to meet production requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of injection molding machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous process enhancements.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and refine mold designs and production processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, and provide training to staff on safety protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding engineering, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using injection molding software, such as Moldflow, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of injection molding principles, materials, and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
