📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and input financial transactions into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- Reconcile accounts daily to ensure financial accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Maintain and update the company's general ledger and other accounting records.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and archived according to company procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or accounting environment.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
