As a BSP Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Bank of Indonesia's (BI) regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting, and you will conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 500,000 - Rp 700,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Bank of Indonesia (BI) regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial regulatory compliance.
• Certification in financial regulatory compliance (e.g., Certified Financial Regulatory Compliance Professional (CFRCP)).
• Strong knowledge of Bank of Indonesia regulations and guidelines.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
