📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring their visions to life, using cutting-edge software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work is carried out according to design specifications.
• Prepare and submit construction drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to regulatory authorities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the architectural industry, and incorporate them into your designs.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project oversight.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
