📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs and materials to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Assist in the development of new training programs and materials.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Ability to travel within the region for training purposes.
