📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the organization.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure that the health center meets all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Manage the staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to provide quality services to patients.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that the health center is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including insurance companies, government agencies, and community organizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare operations management role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
