📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages efficiently.,Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including reservations and cancellations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including reception and waiting areas.,Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Monitor and enforce security protocols and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality management systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Excellent time management and multitasking skills.,Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
