Foundever is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with a night shift schedule, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision making.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.,Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Assist in the preparation of budgetary proposals and financial projections.,Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.,Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.,Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to various departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in a corporate or financial services environment.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.,Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is a plus.,Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
