📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert consulting services to Japanese banks and financial institutions in Bali, focusing on AML compliance and risk management.,Develop and implement AML programs that align with Japanese regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Conduct risk assessments and due diligence to identify and mitigate AML risks.,Train staff on AML policies, procedures, and best practices.,Monitor and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.,Stay up-to-date with changes in Japanese and international AML regulations.,Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure effective AML implementation.,Provide regular reports and updates to clients on AML program performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in AML, compliance, or risk management in the Japanese banking industry.,Proficiency in Japanese language (both written and spoken).,Certification in AML, such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).,Strong understanding of Japanese banking regulations and AML laws.,Experience in working with financial institutions and a proven track record of successful AML program implementation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
