📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling.,Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations, including reconciling bank statements and maintaining financial records.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their financial needs and resolving any issues promptly.,Monitor and maintain cash levels, ensuring sufficient cash is available for transactions.,Prepare and submit financial reports and documents, such as bank reconciliation reports and cash flow statements.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and administrative staff to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashiering or administrative roles in a financial or banking environment.,Strong knowledge of financial operations, including cash handling, banking procedures, and financial reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.,Knowledge of local banking regulations and compliance requirements.
