📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of rolling stock, including trains, locomotives, and other rail vehicles.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the safety and reliability of the rail network.,Monitor the performance of rolling stock and identify areas for improvement.,Lead a team of maintenance personnel and ensure they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.,Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and logistics, to ensure the smooth functioning of the rail network.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular inspections of rolling stock and report any issues or concerns to senior management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of spare parts and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the rail maintenance industry, with a strong background in rolling stock maintenance.,Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of rail maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a rail safety certificate.,Experience with maintenance management software and tools.,Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, as required by the role.
