📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
