📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates to management.
  • Identify and address client needs and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute client-specific campaigns.
  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to build personal relationships and understand their business needs.
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
