As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering materials and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct cost analysis and negotiate contracts to ensure the company's procurement activities are cost-effective.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and maintain procurement documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support the company's overall goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
