📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process for our digital products, from concept to delivery.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for our digital products.,Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.,Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.,Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on digital products.,Proven experience in leading design teams and projects.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.,Experience with agile development methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
