📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing prompt and accurate responses.,Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing visitor sign-in/out, and coordinating with other departments as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and available.,Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports related to front desk activities.,Coordinate with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software, including email, scheduling tools, and basic office applications.,Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
