📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain network and system performance.,Ensure the security and integrity of the network and data.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
