(Hybrid) Graphic Designer

Spot Port Abadi is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. We are a leading port management company in Bontang, and we are looking for someone who can help us create compelling visual content that represents our brand and engages our audience.

This is a hybrid role, which means you will spend some time working from our office in Bontang and some time working remotely. We are open to candidates from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Designing and creating visual content for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media graphics.
• Developing and maintaining the company's brand identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns.
• Ensuring all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Providing design support to other departments as needed.
• Assisting in the creation of presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and concepts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
