As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and appraisals.,Organize and lead HR training and development programs.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Assist in the development of the company's HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
