📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely availability.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents promptly.
  • Provide training and support to drivers on vehicle operation and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
