In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services.,Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the team.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proactive and results-driven attitude.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
