📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in managing the sales team and ensuring targets are met.,Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.,Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.,Maintain and update the company's CRM system.,Assist in marketing activities such as open houses and promotional events.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Support the Sales Manager in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Stay updated with market trends and real estate regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
