📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and assisting visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries.
• Managing the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments.
• Handling mail and packages, and ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate recipients.
• Providing information about the company and its services.
• Assisting with event planning and coordination.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with office software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and polite demeanor.
• Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English is a plus.
