📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the Training and Development team to plan and execute training events.,Support the Training Officer in organizing and managing training materials and resources.,Assist in the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passionate about continuous learning and development.
