📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and manage employee benefits.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.,Prepare and review financial statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide support to the finance team and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Valid accounting certification is a plus.

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAPOracle).Financial analysis and reporting.Payroll processing.Budgeting and forecasting.Regulatory compliance knowledge.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Time management and organizational skills.
