📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinating with project managers and team members
  • Inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Managing subcontractors and vendors
  • Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience with project management software is a plus
