🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
