📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.,Coach and mentor the development team on Agile practices and principles.,Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.,Ensure that the team adheres to Agile values and principles.,Maintain and improve the team's velocity and productivity.,Support the Product Owner in refining and prioritizing the product backlog.,Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.,Report on team progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Certification in Scrum (CSM, CSPO, or CSM) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in the banking sector.,Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.,Familiarity with banking industry standards and regulations.
