📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Documenting and reporting quality issues and defects.,Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality problems.,Ensuring compliance with quality management systems and regulations.,Training and mentoring junior staff on quality control procedures.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using quality control software and equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
