📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the processing of freight orders and documentation.,Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Maintain and update records and databases related to freight operations.,Assist in the preparation and organization of shipping documents and customs clearance procedures.,Provide support in the organization and coordination of logistics activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role.,Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes and procedures.,Familiarity with shipping documents and customs clearance procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
