📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide basic healthcare services to employees, including medical check-ups, vaccinations, and health education.,Assist in the management of the company's health program, including the organization of health screenings and workshops.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees.,Collaborate with the company's medical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.,Promote a healthy and safe work environment by implementing health and safety protocols.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new healthcare staff as needed.,Provide emergency medical care and first aid when necessary.,Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest healthcare practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bidan or similar healthcare role.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Fluency in Indonesian, both spoken and written.,Valid certification as a Bidan or equivalent.,Experience in managing medical records and healthcare programs.
