As an Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment, training, and development of our employees, as well as managing our HR information system (HRIS) and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other departments to implement HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including coordinating job postings, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Support the HR Manager in managing the HRIS, including updating employee information, processing payroll, and generating reports.
• Conduct training and development programs for employees, and provide guidance on career advancement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and assist in the preparation of employment contracts and other HR documents.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that HR strategies align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects, such as performance appraisals and employee surveys.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HR-related activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HRIS software, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with managers and employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software, such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
