📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily collection operations, including debt recovery and account management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce overdue accounts.
• Conduct regular reviews of collection performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to facilitate timely payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of collection activities with overall business operations.
• Utilize tools such as SAP and Oracle for data analysis and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in debt recovery and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections and recovery, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective collection strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in collections and recovery or related fields is a plus.
